PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required before work begins or sessions are booked.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.
DELIVERY OF SERVICES
CVs and LinkedIn projects are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving all required information.
Coaching or mentoring sessions must be booked in advance.
Clients are entitled to one free revision within 7 days of CV delivery.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We aim to deliver all services with professionalism and care. However, due to the personalised nature of our work, refunds are limited.
Refunds are available only if:
You cancel your order before work has started.
A duplicate payment was made in error.
We fail to deliver the service as agreed.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
CANCELLATIONS
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
For training courses (PRINCE2® and others), refund terms will be shared before registration.
